"My son is 8 years old and has been suffering from cold, cough, and occasional fever of 100°F for the past 10 days. He has not recovered yet. pls suggest me. proper medicines give me.

I think your child could be suffering with viral because if it’s happening on and off since last 10 days you should conduct a blood test also this is going to actually give you a right reason behind the problem and accordingly you can proceed with the treatment
