Q.

#asktheexpert hi doctor I have 6 months old baby he is having severe cold and fever from 2 days I'm giving paracetamol for fever and levecetrozen for cold but it's not getting better .do I need see the doctor for cold and fever .can you suggest any remedies for cold . thanks.

A. thodi haldi aur tulsi ke patte paani m daal kr paani grm krlo aur baache ko normal grm do spoon pilao

A. can I give nasal spray for every 1 hour or 2 hrs pls let me know doctor

A. give nasal saline drops every few hourly to the child in the nasal cavity.x try to prevent temperature variations around the child you can go for indirect steam inhalation which will again help in decreasing both cough and cold continue thxe regular diet of the child if there is no improvement in few days then meet your doctor for fever and pain give paracetamol. anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation.
