Q.

my baby have fever from 2 days. doctor advised to give paracetamol from 2 days..now she got cold can give cetirizine and paracetamol syrup.

A. hello. yes can give it in right dose. breast feed more often and yiu can also hrlp her by applying baby vicks on chest,backn bottom of feet, use saline nasal drops
