Hi doctor,my daughter 1yr old have cold and fever now due to chill climate,while she breathing in her sleep creating sound even I am give Cetirizine syrup 2.5 ml for 2 days ,shall I change medicine

A. Only cetrizine syrup will not work as it us anti allergic so start giving steam to the child twice a day and apply Vicks baby rub on chest back and give warm liquids to the child and make a kadha at home with little ginger raw turmeric few black pepper forms mulethi abd a small pixel of cinnamon add fee leaves of tulsi and little jaggery to it give it twice a day for five days
