#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor, I have 45 days old baby. My milk is not sufficient to fill the baby's stomach. I have been advised to take Shatavari. I'm taking Zandu Shatavarex Granules since last 30 days and it is not helping. What can be done to boost breastmilk suppy? I'm taking food containing galactagogues also like methi, oats, fennel seeds and garlic.
