A. Hello Mom Firstly, you should continue using a maternity belt at least for next eight months it will give a proper shape your tummy. And once your baby turned six months old and you should definitely start doing yoga. Yoga is very pregnancy weight you have to do it every morning at lease for 40 minutes.
