Actually when you deliver the child it is suggested for you to wear a belt because what happens is when you deliver the child skin becomes loose and that belt helps in keeping the stomach in place does not become saggy maybe you didn’t do this process which is why this is happening currently I’m just going to recommend you to go ahead with a proper workout if you’ve had a normal delivery that will help
