#asktheexpert hey!! I just got delivered last week. Now I’m suffering from pain in my right hip back not able to move properly .. please suggest why this happen to me n what is cure for this.

A. hi spasm ,weakness ,hormonal changes ,vitamin D3 deficiency or thyrodism too can cause this please do some light exercises like stretching dont sit or stand for long period take sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day take calcium suppliments
