Offer fruits like pomegranate, apple, raspberry, strawberry, kiwi, banana.
Veggies like moringa leaves, Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable.
Dried apricots, figs, raisins and prunes. Are also good source of iron. n should be consume daily basis

take iron rich food items like green veggies (spinach , beetroot , etc ) , fruits ( strawberry, amla, pomegranate,dates etc )
use jeggary instead of sugar while making food
