Have small and frequent meals
Do not have large meals
Include green vegetables, fruits, oats, ragi, sprouts ( boiled ), dals and beans, whole grains instead of refined, dry fruits ( almonds and walnuts should be soaked overnight ) , paneer , eggs specially egg white in your daily diet
Reduce intake of fried food, namkeen, junk or outside food , sweets and excess sugars
If bed rest is not prescribed go for small walks or anti natal yoga is also helpfull...
water 2-4 litre per day
Have dinner early do not delay it beyond 8.30

Eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups.
Have seasonal fruits and vegetables, pulses, cereals soup, fresh fruit juice, dairy products like paneer curd cheese etc in ur diet.
Avoid eating papaya and pineapple during pregnancy.
Eat freshly prepared homemade food.
Avoid unhygienic outside food
