A. By five months of age the baby should double the birth weight and if your baby is anywhere near that then you need not worry. The mother should take high-protein diet to get good quality and quantity of breastmilk.Write Your Answer Here

A. Hi If ur baby is active and playful then no need to worry about weight much. Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months. First comes the fore milk and then comes the hind milk. Try to empty one breast completely. Hind milk is rich in fat and thicker which will help in weight gain of the baby.
