#asktheexpert .Hello sir/madam.This is my second pregnancy, first delivery was a C- Section.Is it possible for normal delivery after 33 months after C-section?

A. no not atall. If you had previous ceasarean section it is recommended not to go for normal delivery even after a long gap as there are risk factors of uterine rupture, which May cause severe complications to mother as well as baby Only if in case your doctor is very confident about the scar thickness of your previous C-section and if all the conditions are good enough , ,you can go For a trial for normal delivery

A. No you will have to go for a C-section only normal delivery can happen mostly after 7 to 8 years after your first delivery but usually doctors don’t advise to go for a normal delivery after C-section and this early pregnancy would not be advisable for vaginal
