#AskTheExpert hi madam this is my second c section delivery,after my delivery my weight is increases day by day what to do

A. dear mum, to control your weight after delivery, eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged foods. have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources. don't skip breakfast. have good water intake at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily after 6 to 8 weeks of c section. Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps.
