#AskTheExpert hello my daughter is 2 year old she has fever 100.3 F but its decrease after giving paracetamol..again it increases after sometime but not more than 100.3 ..she doesn't has any other symptoms like cold,cough or dullness..so is it omnicron or covid-19?

A. It is difficult to say and if in family anyone is infected with Covid then chances can be otherwise it might be seasonal so keep monitoring temperature of the baby and repeat the dose of medicine after every four to five hours interval

A. Hello dear parent, well fever comes and goes, and it corrects only with paracetamol. For cough and cold y ou will have to consult with your paediatric. Also give steam to your baby for few minutes and several times in a day. As steam actually helps in opening up nasal passages and also clears congestion of the baby. Apply Vicks baby rub on baby's chest. Good luck and take care. Must check Babyhug multi purpose cleaner
