#AskTheExpert hello. my boy is 5m old and he is suffering with cold since yesterday with gur gur sound. Can I use nasal saline drops and moncel LC?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Give nasal saline drops every few hourly to the child in the nasal cavity.
Try to prevent temperature variations around the child
You can go for indirect steam inhalation which will again help in decreasing both cough and cold
Continue the regular diet of the child
If there is no improvement in few days then meet your doctor
For fever and pain give paracetamol
continue medication

if necessary you can give gentle massage on chest and limbs with Babyhug rapid relief rub
