#asktheexpert hello mam muje delivery k bad say periods regular tha but last 6,7 months 2/3 months bku periods ata hai ghar valay kahatey hi ki a normal hi but July 28 ku aya tha kya possible hai k pregnant ho sakti kyo ki bohot weakness and uneasy feeling and cramps stomach pain etc hi

A. get ultrasound now. For maintenance of gap between two pregnancy you need proper contraception. it can be any method yet practice it regular and don't miss on any dose to prevent its failure. pils, copper T or condoms all can work ok
