Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios toobest is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get ok

U Should take a pregnancy test that if you haven’t got your period as of now because that will come to know whether you are pregnant or it is negative and in either of the cases then you should be consulting your gynaecologist if you’re pregnant you know you have to consult a doctor then if you are not pregnant then it would be due to hormonal imbalance in the body
