Q.

After 6 months of delivery, not having regular periods..getting spotting for 2-3 days for next 2 months

A. lose fat b n weight. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide youThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutYou can show to a gynac and get a proper check up to get the right diagnosis and treatment
