How does the periods after delivery look like? Does it look like regular periods or blood spotting?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. this depends individually in some cases they may be normal periods as before in some cases they may be reduced flow or heavy flow Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year and may remain irregular for a few months no medication is needed for that you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake and use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy
