#asktheexpert hello mam I have a doubt that is breastfeeding mother is drinking oe eating cold items like water melon,avocado,fruit juice,cold juice,lemon juice will baby catch cold or Cough I request you to please clear my doubt.

A. usually it will not affect, but avoid chilled drinks. do take healthy meals inckudi g food that boost lactation. drink lots of fluids. all the very best
