#AskTheExpert hello mam,am mother of 8months baby.am suffering from knees pain and pimple and acne and dullesness on my face .my TSH LEVEL IS 8 PLEASE HELP ME

Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination and then only some needful advice can behy given regarding this . so please consult your doctor once. Ine general you should take a healthy diet for yourxself with plenty of liquids and also get a routine check up done

For all these issues I would say personally you should visit your doctor understand the situation what it is and according to that because you are having a couple of issues maybe they all are interconnected with each other so it’s better that once you get it checked and one to understand the entire thing with the doctor onlyWrite Your Answer Here
