hi mam, my daughter 5yrs 7 months she have small acne (pimple)in butt how to reduce that and why it comes on it please rly mam

It could be due to sometimes wetness in that region and could be due to an infection like fungal infection or something so it’s better to check with your doctor after a physical assessment only can confirm on the treatment to follow and the reason behind the problem also
