my baby is 8months and 22 days old. she has these type of tiny, white acne on her back.

Apply coconut oil or olive oil regularly
Wash your hands often before touching your baby
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Apply calamine lotion twice daily
