Hi my baby is 3 months old he is having white tiny acne kind of on his skin. What is it??is it something serious to take care?

Hi If you had posted a picture along with your query it would have been great because at least I would have got an idea but never mind even if you had posted a picture I am not able to see it so in this case I can only advise you to consult a dermatologist ones or a paediatrician what ever is more comfortable to you
