my baby is 1month 14days old he is having tiny rashes and acne on the skin how to get rid of this please help with me

Most skin rashes in 1 month are harmless and common issues. keep the skin clean and dry, dressing the baby in loose clothing Use gentle and mild lotion like Johnson's Baby Lotion. It works for some mild skin issues like dryness and minor irritations.

Atogla cream you can apply as often that’s definitely going to be a very good option for you to use for the skin of the child this is going to help in reducing the problem that is there and then definitely the skin is going to get better over the period
