#AskTheExpert hello ma'am, my baby will be 1 year old this month. i have had regular periods ( 29 days cycle) post delivery. but from from last 2 months my periods are delaying. lastmonth i got my period after 40 days. this month also has been 36 days, still not got my period. what should i do ?

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. in case you are giving only breastmilk to the child. it's very normal to have irregularities in periods till one year due to hormonal fluctuations. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and
