#AskTheExpert hello ..I have given my 8 month baby calpol 1ml by mistake ..what should I do..currently she is behaving normal

A. hi parent no need to worry about it maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

A. Hello good morning !! Dosage depends on Baby's present weight . You didn't mention about baby weight and the reason for medication ; always follow doctors prescription and suggested dosage according to weight and age. If baby weight is more than 8 kg then 1 ml is ok but according to age less than 1ml is good. Consult Paeditrician about this and try not to repeat this.
