A. a single heavy dose for the child should not cause any major problem. there is a possibility that the child might have vomiting. it will be single episoded and then it should stop. on the side effects part it may not be that much relevant so no need to worry. it is importdant that in the future you should give proper quantity to the child in case of medicines
