#asktheexpert Hello, i had c section 6 months back.. My doctor said i can start work outs slowly... But when i started... I got lower back ache,feared to continue workouts.. But i am worried about my lower belly fat and stretch marks, can u suggest any tips to continue my workout?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 6 months old and he was born with c section and you are having low backache so consult with your physiotherapist and take calcium vitamin d3 tablet Shelcal daily for three months and local relispray

A. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Do tummy exercises to tighten muscles and skin around the tummy. There is no sure shot remedy for stretch marks but the intensity gradually reduces by applying oils like pure coconut oil or almond oil or bio oil on the affected area.
