#AskTheExpert Hello I am a new mom of a 3month girl baby.... At first i have a very good milk supply and sometimes it may get waste....but By the last 10 days I have a feeling that i have a low milk supply than before.... She gets her feed well and good wets... During night time , she have good sleep for a stretch of 5 hrs (without feeding) nearly.... Please help me out for the reason of low milk supply.... I am lil worried about it..

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please have Shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day and also have soaked meethi seeds early in the morning. and increase tbe intake of garlic ginger green leaves vegetables and dairy products.
