Does using a breast pump help in increasing milk supply? Also suggest a good one for a new mom.

A. No it is a misconception if you have good amount of milk then only the breast pump is going to help in pumping it because you need to have milk to be pumped so how a breast pump is going to increase your feet when you don’t have any or you have less feed which is why I am telling it’s a misconception lot of Women fell for it but it doesn’t work like that it only works well when you have good feed yourself
