I am a new mother, my one breast is not supplying milk what should I eat for good milk supply?

MugdhaMom of a 3 yr 8 m old girl1 Year agoA. use more bottle gaurd , snake gaurd in your diet so that it will increase milk and use lactare granules while drinking milk so that it can increase breast milk

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. take good protein diet and try lactare capsules. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok
