#AskTheExpert hello!! i am a mother of 3yr 8 month old boy, he has caught cold after going to school... he often catch cold from me as I am having esonophilia.. from start of the winter I am giving him home remedies as tulsi, ginger and honey.... still he is having cold.. after two days of cold he had fever ๐คeverytime... what home remedies should i apply fr him?

you can go for home remedies like tulsi ginger honey combination which can be diluted with water and given frequently to the child.
also you can give turmeric with milk one or two times everyday. give warm water to drink as well as nasal saline drops frequently.
avoid giving cold water and cold food or ice cream.
try to prevent temperature variations around the child that is from hot to cold and cold to hot environment
