Pigmentation fades with time
If you are breastfeeding, it will help you to lose your weight
Do some exercises gradually
Floor exercises and walk are best
Abdominal muscles toning exercises and cardio are good
Drink 3-4 litres of water per day
Choose healthy foods
For headache, take paracetamol, avoid acidity and hunger
Try to get more sleep
Relax and focus on your baby
