#AskTheExpert hello doctor. my son is now 1year and 7 months old. he loves to eat banana. he eats 3to 4 banana in a day (whenever available). is it harmful ? And also he wants to eat banana after woke up (morning). is it suitable or harmful to eat a banana in empty stomach?

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. Yes u can give banana empty stomach in the morning. There is no problem in that. Yes u can give 3-4 banana in a day. This helps to improve the digestion. Take care
