Q.

#AskTheExpert my daughter is 2 year and 7 months old and a fussy eater. basically she don't want to eat anything. but she likes banana. at night she eats banana and milk, is it ok to eat banana at night?

A. hi as kids grow they gain their self identity and have their own likes and dislikes so it is common problem among them. just keep your trying best. but please don't force feed your child. keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture. make food presentation attractive. for example use carrots beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colorful. it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food. try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents. it is better to offer banana at day time instead of night .
