Q.

#asktheexpert hello doctor., my kid is 1month old. his delivery was a csection. so there was a lack of mulk segregation for me... so the doctor advised to give formula milk. thus he drank milk through bottle till now its been very difficult to give breast feeding. he is not at all sucking. what can i do .. and is formula milk good for his growth. im so worried of not giving breast milk

A. Of course safe to be given to the child otherwise why do you think your doctor would have advised you the same but to increase your lactation you can take some good lactation supplement have plenty of fluids and all also I’m going to recommend you when you try to feed your child press your breast with your own hand so it is going to be easier for the child to accept the milk that you were giving that way
