Samidha MathurMom of 2 children4 years agoA. yes if you want to do some light and gentle physical exercise then it is fine but please do not do any rigorous physical exercise sessions from a professional at this stage. moreover do not go for any diet routine as well until you are breastfeeding. elephant will get reduced if you take brisk walk daily.
