#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor My baby girl is 9 months old. Could you please advise some diet plans. She got cold as the temperature here has been in minus, we use vacant d to clear her nose but it gets blocked soon. Also we gave her sinarest and cefexime. I'm writing here from Kashmir and it's very cold here.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. you are using appropriate medicines for cold in the baby since it is very cool and minus degree naturally nasal condition you have to frequently used steam inhalation to the baby e and continue to to put saline drops in the nose
