A. diet plan for 3yrs baby.. 7am a cup of milk 9am breakfast as poha cheela dosa upma uthapam idly suji halwa cornflakes chocos.. 11am any fruit as apple pear sapota banana.. 1.30pm lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad.. 4.30pm snacks as vegetables cutlet bread pakoda potato tikka.. 7.30pm dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha.. 10pm a cup of milk..
