#AskTheExpert Hello doctor I need to ask you that my child eat everything like fruits boiled vegetables all healthy food. But even then she is very thin. any suggestions please to let me know. thank you sir

A. If your child is alert, active. Growth is well within normal parameters, than not much to worry about it. give all family food.. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all. No biscuits and other packaged and processed foods. They are just loaded with sugar and not healthy. Work around the baby's schedule based on family meal time. Babies need good fats like ghee, unsalted butter, coconut, etc. Normal cooking oil whichever the family uses can also be used. Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables.
