eat protein rich diet.
drink lots of water.
have Sunbath every morning.

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. How are u feeding the baby? It will be helpful if u can use a feeding pillow while breastfeeding ur baby. It will ensure u need not droop a lot while feeding and u can sit straight giving support to ur back against a wall or chair. Hope u r also taking the calcium supplements mentioned by ur gynecologist. If the pain is intolerable it's good to consult with a doctor mentioning that u r a lactating mother and get some pain killer prescribed.
