#AskTheExpert hello doctor. i am 34 years old . I have a 4 year old son, via C-section . i had used menstrual cup twice before I conceived. and have not used it after. can I start using the same cup after sterilising it or should I go for a new one? the cup is almost 5 years old.

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. irs ok but try to use cups in proper manner ok.try yo sterilize it well.See you can show to a gynac and get the right opinion as it needs examination and check up in person.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Menstrual cups are reusable, can easily be cleaned and can be used for up to 5 or 10 years depending on which one you buy.
