#AskTheExpert hello doc. can you please let me know which is the best side to sleep during pregnancy? I am in 15th week now.

eat protein rich diet.
drink lots of water.
walk for half an hour daily.
take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day
