A. hello , it is common in 3rd trimester of pregnancy .. eat small and frequent meals avoid spicy and constipating food item.. in every morning eat 1anjeer,7 to 8 black raisins overnight soaked in water also handful of puffed rice or churmura soaked in water drink that water also... drink lot of water take plenty of rest and do light exercises like walking
