Less appetite, stomach pain,anal itching, grinding tooth are symptoms of worms.
Consult pediatrician for deworming medication.
Give timely feeding 3 meals and 2 snacks home made fresh foods,fibre foods (fruits and vegetables, cereals) which digest easily , fluids (soups,dal water, rice starch, water) which increase appetite.
Make Sure that baby having home made food, timely feedings,fibre foods,water intake is good,no constipation and having enough physical/play activities for good metabolism.
