The stomach goes up and down when the child is taking a breath that’s common but when you talk about taking a breathing that usually happens with nose and mouth I don’t know what his stomach breathing and doesn’t sound nice or normal to me so better you have an idea with your doctor regarding the situation that you are facing with your child currently
