Q.

#AskTheExpert Good Morning, My daughter is 1.9yrs.. I'm yet breastfeeding her due to which she don't eat or drink anything else... I'm trying a lot to stop her breastfeed but it's not working... can u suggest how can I stop breastfeed so that she eat normal foods too

A. hi yeah..it happens. but to wean your child I would suggest to follow below things ,hope it help: 1.yoy have to look for alternate method of stating your baby's hunger . you should make gradual transition by replacing one feed and then gradually replacing the subsequent feeds. 2.try and distract your baby and indulge him in some activity that he may enjoy doing. 3.try to offer food before your child asks for feeding. 4 . initially ,try food as per your child Choice or taste. 5.sometimes you may struggle to feed solids to your child ,but if someone else does it , there are chances that he may accept it .
