Q.
My son is 1 year 10 months old and i have stopped breastfeeding cos he was refusing to eat or drink anything else. Is it ok to stop BF before 2yrs?

ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mother, its ok to stop breast feeding at this age as he is almost 2 years but make sure you give proper meals to your child. Introduce all kind of homemade and seasonal and staple food in his diet for proper growth and development. Instead of breastmilk start giving him cow milk you can add some flavours to it by adding cardamom or fennel seeds or ginger or tulsi leaves so that he doesn't refuse much.
