baby doing runny poop since morning and coming in evening has fever 100.2 he has pooped almost 10 to 12 times from morning and refusing to eat anything.. I have breastfeeding him what should I give him now to eat or drink and how to encourage him to eat or drink how long he will take to recover what should I do to make him feel better he is burping also
